the Chef’s Table Omakase Experience in our private room offers an exclusive omakase experience led by Kaiseki Chef Kazu and Edomae Sushi Master Chef Haniu.

This multi-course dining experience is a collaboration of two culinary masters, showcasing the depth of Japanese cuisine through Kaiseki and Edomae traditions. Seating is limited to maintain a personal connection between guest and chef.
