Omakase (お任せ) is a Japanese phrase, used when ordering food in restaurants, that means “I’ll leave it up to you”.

Mini Omakase is our latest 12 course degustation menu, where you will be seated at our stunning cherry blossom hanging bar, having a taste of chef Takashi’s hand pick iconic dishes from our award winning full Omakase menu. Order a fascinating signature cocktail and watch the bartender get to work or enjoy a sake tasting flight to pair with your Mini Omakase menu.

Our Standard Omakase is an award winning 16-course degustation menu showcasing the finest produces from Australia and Japan. You will be seated in the intimate 12 seats only private dining room across from the well-respected Chef Takashi who has over 40 years of experience in crafting nigiris in front of your eyes, every bite will be unforgettable experience.

Premium Omakase at Chef's Table 19 Courses

$330 per person with Live Lobster

Our Premium Omakase experience is one of the best Japanese dining experiences you can have in Australia. After a welcome champagne or sake, the 19-course degustation menu showcasing our most premium dishes with cooking presentation in front of the guests in our private room. You will taste the most exclusive and rarest ingredients in season such as Kagoshima A5 Wagyu, Oscietra Caviar, Sea Urchin and many more. Chef Takashi will demonstrate his knife skill and handcraft the traditional Edomae nigiri then pass it to you.

To ensure the freshest experience, our ingredients are sourced on the very day of your dining. Cancellation Policy

Due to intimate size of our restaurant, we require that bookings are guaranteed through providing your credit card details.
We understand that plans sometimes change, so if you need to change or cancel your booking,
please let us know 72 hours before your reservation time to avoid a cancellation charge of 50% of the total amount.
However, all the cancellations within 24 hours or no show on the day will be charged a full amount.
