Our Premium Omakase experience is one of the best Japanese dining experiences you can have in Australia. After a welcome champagne or sake, the 19-course degustation menu showcasing our most premium dishes with cooking presentation in front of the guests in our private room. You will taste the most exclusive and rarest ingredients in season such as Kagoshima A5 Wagyu, Oscietra Caviar, Sea Urchin and many more. Chef Takashi will demonstrate his knife skill and handcraft the traditional Edomae nigiri then pass it to you.
